Duxre Pricing Schedule

This Pricing Schedule governs fees for use of the Duxre Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. All charges are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscription Plans

Ignite Plan

Price: $0 per month  |  $0 per year

Description: The essential digital foundation
for the modern broker.

  • Unlimited Marketplace Exposure - Publish for free to Duxre's marketplace with a premium presentation that improves lead conversion.
  • Lite CRM- Professional contact management featuring real-time behavioral insights to identify buyer and tenant intent.
  • Transaction Manager - Track, manage and message leads, and build professional marketing reports for clients.
  • Content Management System - Create listings, control visibility, organize vaults, and gate sensitive information.
  • 2 Additional Users Free - Receive two additional user seats at no cost. Upgrade required for any users beyond that. 

Ignite + Email Plan

Price: $149 per month  |  $1,788 $1,499 per year
Description: The digital foundation plus distribution for the modern broker.

  • Includes all Ignite features plus access to Duxre's Email Engine.
  • Email Marketing Platform - purpose-built for broker outreach. Includes list sanitization, email builder, contact segmentation, and precision deliverability. 50,000 sends per month.
  • 2 Additional Users Free - For a limited time, receive two additional user seats at no cost. Upgrade required for any users beyond that.

Command Plan

Price: $399 per month  |  $4,788 $3,999 per year
Description: The intelligence-driven operational engine for modern brokerage teams.

  • Includes all Ignite features plus concierge onboarding, support and much more.
  • Dash AI - AI assistant for high-speed search, parsing, drafting, and operational support.
  • Intelligent CRM - AI that automatically researches and enriches contact and company profiles while also reasoning across your data.
  • Smart Lists - Dynamic, automated lists such as 1031 and Tenants in the Market (TIMs) trackers.
  • Email Marketing Platform - purpose-built for broker outreach. Includes list sanitization, email builder, contact segmentation, and precision deliverability. 100,000 sends per month.
  • 2 Additional Users Free - Includes two additional user seats at no cost for a limited time. $99 per user thereafter.

Payment Terms

A valid credit card must be maintained on file. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Wallet Deposits

Wallet funds are for promotional or incentive use only. Funds do not accrue interest and are not FDIC insured. Funds are held by Duxre's payment processor.

Earnings & Payouts (CoLab Licensees)

Requires a verified Stripe Connect account. Payouts may be reduced by Stripe fees, third-party fees, or outstanding balances owed to Duxre.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and assessments, excluding taxes on Duxre's net income.

Pricing Changes

Duxre may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
