“If someone is trying this hard to stop something from being built… maybe it needs to be built.”
A Message from the Founder
This isn’t the kind of launch I imagined when I started building Duxre. I expected to arrive here by proving myself with a great product, strong adoption, and results that stand on their own. Instead, I’ve had to fight - not just to build, but to defend the right to build. To protect an idea: that real estate professionals deserve modern tools, better clarity, and more control over how they deliver value to their clients.
Along the way, not everyone welcomed that idea. There were moments - especially with my previous firm - where the pushback was intense. Pressure, legal maneuvering, and old-world tactics were used to keep things the way they’ve always been. They weren’t just trying to stop me. They were trying to stop change.
What that experience taught me is this: when an outdated system feels threatened, it fights to preserve itself. And when you see resistance at that level, it’s a sign that something different needs to exist. But I don’t believe that “this is the way it is and always will be.”
Duxre was created to challenge that assumption - not by pitting professionals against their firms, but by elevating the people and teams who are doing the real work every day.
Duxre isn’t another platform forced into an old mold. It’s a new model for how the industry collaborates. A collaborative layer where information moves faster, relationships build more openly, and opportunity is no longer trapped inside silos or behind legacy workflows.
At the center of this is CoLab - a way to work deals in real time, not buried in inboxes or constrained by systems you don’t control. This isn’t a tool upgrade. It’s a shift in how the entire ecosystem operates.
I started with brokers because that’s where the pain was sharpest - and yes, where my own conflict began - but my vision has always extended far beyond any single role or one predecessor employer. I’m building a future where major firms, boutique advisories, and independent professionals can operate with more autonomy, more intelligence, and more momentum.
Where control isn’t dictated by old systems, but enabled by smarter ones. This moment isn’t personal. It’s directional. And if the past few years have shown anything, it’s that the industry is ready for a different path.
That’s why I’m still here.
That’s why I’m just getting started.
